The temperature in our frozen storage is at a constant -25°C. Which is necessary when handling sensitive foods, such as ice cream, as it starts thawing already at -18°C. In other words – if you know how to handle ice cream, you can handle everything else. We started our business with ice cream and are still specialists in tricky situations and tricky foods.
