Product freezing – ice cold done quick

In our modern facilities in Halmstad we have efficient freezing capacity. In order for the food to maintain its quality, it is important that the freezing is done carefully. For faster freezing we use special freezing tunnels with fans. The fans remove moisture and provide a more powerful cooling effect. With an extreme wind speed, both fresh and chilled foods quickly reach a temperature of
-25°C.

We prepare the freezing by making sure that the air can flow through the pallet as efficiently as possible. The pallet is placed in a pallet rack in the freezer tunnel. Each tunnel has its own fan which maximizes power. Freezing time varies depending on the type of food and packaging material. Then your goods are put in the frozen storage until it is time for delivery to the customer. Of course, we make sure all packaging, numbering and other labelling are in place.
